in the header include information you have a include_once ("_app.inc"); but this file doesn't exist in your rar file. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I don't think so.

Did you happen to download the Ladder Class. You will need those classes to make the tree view work. They are identified as Required Classes for TreeView.

Please let me know.
